Just Eat reunite fan favourites Amber and Ovie for Love Island launch.

When Just Eat came to us looking for an integrated activation to amplify their new position as headline sponsor of Love Island we knew we had to do something special for the fans.

With the previous series still fresh in fans minds, what better than reuniting two of the Villa’s favourites to get the inside scoop on their thoughts on the new crop of Islanders?

We enlisted heart throbs Amber Gill and Ovie Soko as our Just Eat ‘Love Island Insiders’, who cosied up over a takeaway dinner and sent fans wild over their reunion.

The dynamic duo got together to watch the first episode of the winter series debut and share their reactions in a reveal-all video.

The videos were produced in-house at Taylor Herring.

We created versions for a wide variety of content formats including YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter and Facebook.

The pair turned their hand to being Just Eat delivery drivers ahead of an exclusive Date Night Event which is set to take place in February.

The fun pictures and reveal-all video were shared by Amber and Ovie on their social channels, as well as being pitched to press – all of which drove further engagement for Just Eat with Love Island’s audience.

The result?

Over 1.5 million engagements on Instagram alone and a 60% watch rate on YouTube (which is pretty unheard of these days).

40+ pieces of media coverage achieving a reach over 25 million and counting, including Sun, Mirror, Mail Online, Daily Star and Metro.
