Jetman Dubai duo Yves “Jetman” Rossy and Vince Reffet took to the skies for an extraordinary formation flight. Flying alongside the largest passenger aircraft in the world, the Emirates A380, at 4,000 feet in two holding patterns, might seem to be effortless, but painstaking planning was in place to create the incredible feat.

The footage was shot from a helicopter that hovered above the aircraft at 5,500 feet while the Jetman performed their formations on both sides of the aircraft just to show how far aviation has come in such a short amount of time. Time flies when you’re having fun.
