There’s Something Fishy Going On….

A fish of prize-winning proportions has washed ashore London’s Southbank to promote Birds Eye’s iFreeze iSave campaign, which encourages consumers to “waste less, save more, go frozen”.

Encased in a 20ft billboard block of ice thought to weigh over four-tonnes and taken over a month to freeze, this huge fish sculpture is unlikely to last long in the current heat wave…


In fact it was a case of right time, right plaice (sorry) for lucky passers-by when the ice melted to reveal £700 worth of cash in coins and notes hidden inside – the amount the average family wastes on food each year.
