Nominations announced for The Ivors 2015.

BASCA, in association with PRS for Music announce the nominations for the 60^th Anniversary Ivor Novello Awards [The Ivors]. The Ivors will take place on Thursday 21^st May at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.

The Ivors celebrate, honour and reward excellence in British and Irish songwriting and composing.  They are presented by BASCA [British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors] and are judged by the UK songwriting and composing community.  They have been sponsored by PRS for Music since 1974.

On the 21^st May BASCA will also present awards to songwriters and composers in recognition of their contribution to British Music.

BASCA is also delighted to announce it will present its 18^th BASCA Fellowship as part of the 60^th Ivor Novello Awards.  

The 2015 nominations are for works released in the UK during 2014 and recognise the songwriters and composers of works, along with their UK music publisher.
