Having hit a peak of 715 pounds back in 1995, Ruby’s weight has fluctuated at a dangerous level ever since, but events take a drastic turn when Ruby’s doctor issues her with a terrifying ultimatum – lose weight or lose your life.

Spurred on by an unfounded sense of determination, and her supportive network of loyal friends, Ruby resolves to take immediate action, embarking on an awe inspiring journey that she hopes will turn her life around. Assembling a super team of dieticians, personal trainers and psychologists, all of whom are committed to educating and motivating her, Ruby undertakes the biggest challenge she’s ever faced….and she’s taking the world with her. Can she end her cycle of food addiction, and most importantly take her first tentative steps down the road towards health and happiness?
