As a senior member of the team you'll be working closely with the Managing Partners and a driving force in the agency.
The role will require outstanding client management skills. A strategic thinker you will be confident in presenting ideas and plans to existing and potential clients.
We are looking for candidate who can show an excellent understanding of the media and proven creative talent.
The winning candidate will also be expected to get fully hands on in winning new business.
We would prefer an agency background but candidates with in-house experience with exciting brands will still be considered.
In addition to an integral role as part of the management team you'll nurturing, coaching and developing your team and rolling up your sleeves for key sell in's.
Personal energy and enthusiasm is key in this role as the culture of the agency is fast-paced and ambitious.
Clients will be a mix of brands and entertainment, with lots of creative campaign work involved.
