Online PR

Force 10 is Taylor Herring’s digital division. We offer Web 2.0 communications expertise to clients in the media and entertainment industry and beyond.

Our team has a wealth of experience in delivering publicity in the digital space, combining our passion for the evolving online landscape with a meticulous and effective approach.

As part of an agency well-known for creative excellence, we are well-placed to deliver campaigns that really get people talking.

We run campaigns that deliver real results, employing a wide range of creative tactics, including: Online editorial, profile management, digital partnerships, viral activity, social media activity, traffic driving and audiovisual content creation.

We have a broad range of expertise, with a prime focus on four areas:

Television

From generating online buzz around the last three series of The Apprentice, to helping Doctor Who introduce new characters and unveil plotlines, we’re well-versed in helping high-profile brands tap into the web community and engage their target audience.

We work with the Disney Channel to maximise excitement around some of their most high profile properties including High School Musical, Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana.

Other notable projects have included buzz-building the return of Red Dwarf and Fawlty Towers.

We’re proud of our work with UKTV to launch their new channel Eden, which made a big splash across the online news and blogosphere. For a full case study of this project click here.

Music
We have worked with some of the biggest names on the British music scene, including Robbie Williams, Leona Lewis, Mark Ronson, The Zutons, Westlife and Dido.

Our work here sees us generating widespread coverage across relevant online media, via news, reviews, interviews, competitions, podcasts, downloads, audio and video clips, and webchats.

We’ve also worked with the BASCA to promote the Ivor Novello Awards and are the online agency for the Lovebox Weekender music festival.

We’ve turned our hand to theatre projects, such as working with Stage Entertainment to build the profile of hit musical Sister Act and various West End projects for Andrew Lloyd Webber.

DVD
We’ve helped some of the biggest DVD distributors in the UK build a buzz and drive sales for a wide range of releases.

Recent projects have included Bride Wars, X Files, Horton Hears A Who, Marley and Me, Pushing Daisies and Supernatural. Universal Pictures brought us on board for the re-release of the Christmas classic It’s A Wonderful Life, which saw us tracking down Karolyn Grimes, one of the only surviving cast members, for a series of interviews and profile pieces.

Site Promotion
We have worked with a wide variety of clients to help launch, and grow audiences for, websites ranging from niche to mainstream.

Key to our successes has been our ability to identify and tap into relevant existing communities via blogger outreach, news generation stunts, tastemaker recommendation and direct editorial activity.

We have worked for Bebo to launch their online series Kate Modern, Gap Year and Sofia’s Diary and also helped the Walt Disney Interactive Group launch their re-vamped Disney.co.uk portal.

We have worked with Current since its UK launch in early 2007, helping them develop their reputation as the home of some of the most thought-provoking and innovative programming on TV.

In addition we have worked with charity auction site Buy Once Give Twice to generate coverage and bids for their celebrity lots, Muzu.tv to drive traffic and encourage blogger discussion around their video channels and ITV.com to drive traffic to the various channels within their site.

As well as specific traffic-driving campaigns we also regularly undertake seeding activity to generate audiences for online assets such as webchats, competitions, interactive games and virals.

We’d love to hear from you please do give us a call or drop us a line.
